JUNE 2024
Our behaviour policy aims to foster a safe, positive, and supportive environment for everyone at FinTech4Kids Club.
We expect all participants to adhere to these guidelines and consistently demonstrate respect, responsibility, and integrity. Our goal is to create a positive, confidence-boosting, and safe space where your children can develop their skills and talents to the fullest.
Guidelines:
Respect: Treat all participants, teachers, and materials with respect. Listen when others are speaking and value each other's opinions.
Responsibility: Be responsible for your actions and belongings. Arrive on time, come prepared, and participate actively in all activities.
Communication: Communicate clearly and politely with teachers and fellow participants. Listen to the ideas and opinions of others actively and respectfully. If you have any concerns or suggestions, feel free to share them.
Cooperation: Work together and collaborate on group activities and projects. Respect the roles and contributions of all team members. Help each other as needed.
Safety: Maintain a safe environment by following all safety instructions and reporting any unsafe behaviour or situations to your teacher immediately.
Kindness: Be kind and supportive to fellow participants. Encourage and help each other to learn and grow.
Positive Attitude: Bring a positive attitude to every session. Be open to learning new things and trying new activities.
Inclusivity: Participants must be inclusive and respectful of the differences and individuality of others.
Attendance: Regular attendance is expected for continuity and progress.
Consequences: Participants who do not adhere to club expectations will be given warnings in class, then a Parent/Carer will be informed and if no improvement is shown at the next session, this will mean the child is sat out to watch the session and may lead to removal from the club.
